My bitter melon has turned golden! Have you ever had golden bitter melons? I usually have them when they are green. It'll be interesting to see what they taste like golden. The golden bitter melon seeds are wrapped in a gooey red stuff. What does it taste like? It tastes like a sweet custard dessert! Unbelievably sweet. Such a contrast to the bitterness of the fruit itself. What a bittersweet experience!
