I did it! I am so happy and excited! I grew garlic so I could harvest these curly garlic scapes (蒜苔). Planted the garlic cloves on October 10 last year, and today’s May 2, so it took 7 months. In 4 weeks I will harvest the garlic bulbs, but I’m more excited about these curly delicious scapes than the bulbs! You can make pesto with these garlic scapes or sauté them. Super delicious!
